Killiney Beach to Dalkey (flat-ish walk series)

This week’s AWCD hillwalk will take us along the scenic coastline of South Dublin's Killiney and Dalkey areas. 

Beginning our route from Killiney Beach, we'll see the magnificent views of Dublin Bay from the top of Killiney Hill before descending into Dalkey Village (and maybe a coffee stop).

Route Overview:  Paved footpaths from Killiney Beach to Vico Road to Coliemore Road and back. A mixture of paved stairs and pathways.

Meeting place:  Killiney DART Station 

Meeting time: 9:45am for a 10:00am start

Distance: The trail is approximately 8 KM long 

Hike time:  2.5 hours

Note that toilets are located at both Killiney Beach and on Killiney Hill.
