The walk starts at 3:30 pm from two locations
Southside: from Blackrock Park entrance (opposite the Frascati Centre) on the Rock Road
Northside: in St. Anne’s Park at the bridge to Bull Island

About the walk: ARC, Cancer Support Centres, organizes a walk each Fall to celebrate cancer Survivors and remember those who lost their battle with cancer. Hundreds of people walk; some start in Blackrock and others in St. Anne’s Park. The two groups meet at the Pedestrian bridge outside the CHQ Building. There are candles and music and many tears of joy. Then, everyone has a meal in the CHQ building to the sound of upbeat music and songs.
