In 2023, the first day of the new Moon occurs in China on Sunday, January 22, marking the start of the Lunar New Year.

Join us in celebrating the auspicious arrival of the Year of the Rabbit with a lavish banquet at Ka Shing Restaurant.

The chef has put together a special menu featuring some of his signature dishes as well as traditional holiday fare believed to bring good fortune to diners in the year ahead.
