This Zoom call will be an interactive hands-on pie making session in your own home. You’ll learn the secrets to short crust pastry and how to bake that perfect pie.

· Making/rolling the pastry & filling and how to assemble

· Tips and tricks along the way that you won’t find in a recipe
Limited to 15 students to allow for plenty of discussion and interaction.
