Our many running members are forming a new group for trail runs, long runs, and to train for upcoming 5k, 10k, and half marathons. See the Facebook page or Contact Jami Andrews for more information.


Not a runner yet? Our "Novice" Group will start on Friday March 20th. We'll take it easy and slow, aiming to go from zero to 30 minutes over 10 weeks.  We'll meet at Michelle Green's house in Blackrock.
