Bewley's of Grafton Street is about to close for renovations, and will reopen with only the ground floor in use.

Look up - ever notice the exterior? When it opened in 1927 the facade was influenced by the discovery of Tutankhamum's tomb in 1922. The interior was styled after the European cafes of Paris and Vienna.

This may be a last opportunity to see the Harry Clark stained glass windows which were comissioned specially for Bewleys.
