The Silk Road Cafe

Silk Road is set inside the fabulous Chester Beatty Library, and carries the museum's Eastern and Islamic theme into its menu. Come here for spice and heat, or the excellent value coriander-flecked salads, as well as for tall glasses of mint tea and honey-soaked baklava. The place tends to be pleasantly tranquil; nab a table beside the long, gleaming pool in the museum's atrium, and relax.
